When someone is injured in an automobile accident, they may be entitled to important Michigan No-Fault benefits. These benefits can include wage loss replacement, medical expense coverage, home care assistance, and other valuable benefits.
The most important step is filing an application for no-fault benefits, with the proper insurance company, within one year of the accident. Just as important is providing your no-fault carrier with proper medical, financial, and other supporting documentation.
For more information on this topic, call our office for a free phone consultation, or visit our website to learn more about Michigan’s complex no-fault laws.
Remember, while the law may seem confusing, getting help and getting an advantage is easy.
