Job description and experience required: Michigan personal injury law firm is expanding into the Cleveland area and is seeking an experienced personal injury trial attorney to participate in the building of this practice. Experience in all aspects of Ohio personal injury law required. Litigation as well as pre-suit settlement experience required. Knowledge of computer-based case management systems and legal research tools preferred. License to practice in Ohio required. Additional license to practice in Michigan is desired. Compensation to be determined based on experience and interviews.
Legal AssistantLocation: Farmington Hills, MichiganJob description and experience required: Legal assistant with substantial experience in assisting trial attorneys in every aspect of personal injury practice. Specific responsibilities include helping to manage a trial lawyer case docket and involvement in pre-suit activities, such as case intake, investigation, and medical monitoring. Experience with tort claims, including first-party and third-party auto no-fault claims, is essential. Legal Intern
