Job description and experience required: Legal assistant with substantial experience in assisting trial attorneys in every aspect of personal injury practice. Specific responsibilities include helping to manage a trial lawyer case docket and involvement in pre-suit activities, such as case intake, investigation, and medical monitoring. Experience with tort claims, including first-party and third-party auto no-fault claims, is essential.
