Brian H Lonnerstater

He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from Wayne State University, where he served on the Student Board of Governors.   His practice has focused nearly exclusively on personal injury litigation.  Brian has taken cases to trial in state courts throughout southern and central lower Michigan.

 

In addition, he is admitted to the bar of the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and the Western Districts of Michigan and has tried cases in those Federal Courts.  Brian also is an approved case evaluator in Oakland County.

 

He is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and has been a  speaker at legal seminars about Michigan Automobile No-Fault Insurance law.

Brian is active as a volunteer soccer coach in the city of Novi.  He has served as president of his homeowners association and vice-president of the PTA.  He volunteers serving holiday dinners at the Salvation Army and delivering meals to group homes.
