U.S. DOJ Joins Richard Bernstein in Fight for Paralyzed Vets

On November 20, 2007, the U.S. Department of Justice intervened in Michigan Paralyzed Veterans of American vs. University of Michigan, the ADA lawsuit filed by attorney Richard Bernstein to require U-M to make its football stadium accessible to people in wheelchairs.
