Elizabeth D Klein

Elizabeth (Beth) Klein has been associated with the firm since 2002. Beth graduated with High Honors from Michigan State University in 1981.
She has appeared in trials throughout the State of Michigan and argued several cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals. She now is responsible for the oversight and management of the firm's pre-suit department.
Beth is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Oakland County Bar Association. She regularly serves as a Mediator for the Wayne County Mediation Tribunal and has acted as Arbitrator on numerous personal injury arbitration claims.
Beth is married and is the mother of two children, ages 17 and 13. She is a member of Congregation Temple Emanu-El. In addition, she is active with the Berkley Youth Hockey Program, where her son plays hockey and her husband coaches. Her hobbies include reading and traveling.
