Elizabeth (Beth) Klein has been associated with the firm since 2002. Beth graduated with High Honors from Michigan State University in 1981.
She graduated from the Detroit College of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan in 1984. In that year, she was also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of of the Eastern District of Michigan.

Since 1984, Beth has actively worked as a trial lawyer in the field of personal injury litigation. She now is responsible for the oversight and management of the Sam Bernstein Law Firm's pre-suit department. Beth has appeared in trials throughout the State of Michigan. In addition, she has argued several cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals. |

Beth is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Oakland County Bar Association. She regularly serves as a Mediator for the Wayne County Mediation Tribunal and has acted as Arbitrator on numerous personal injury arbitration claims.
Beth is married and is the mother of two children, ages 17 and 13. She is a member of Congregation Temple Emanu-El. Beth is active with the Berkley Youth Hockey Program, where her son plays hockey and her husband coaches. Her hobbies include reading and traveling.
