Attorney Michael A. Weisserman is a graduate of Michigan State University, having obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1980. He then attended law school and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1984 from what is now DCL at Michigan State University.

Since 1984, Michael has practiced law in Michigan, where he worked as a trial lawyer almost exclusively in the field of personal injury litigation. He is also admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan and in the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Michael has argued cases before both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. |

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Michael has participated as a speaker and commentator at various seminars to educate other lawyers on how to handle premises liability cases, in programs sponsored by the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He has also been a television law commentator in the WDIV-Detroit legal series "Due Process," in a segment entitled "The Weather and the Law."
In addition, Michael is active in the community. He is a member of his synagogue, Temple Israel. He has served as a manager and coach in the NFWB Little League. Michael remains active as a volunteer in the Detroit Meals on Wheels program, by helping to deliver food to senior citizens.
