Rules and Regulations

 

  1. The prize for this Sam Bernstein Law Firm, PLLC (“the firm”) sweepstakes are:
    • One (1) Barry Sanders autographed football
  2. Entries may be made beginning February 12, 2024 and must be received by 11:59pm EST on February 18, 2024.
  3. Anyone may enter, provided that all entrants must be Michigan residents over the age of eighteen (18). The Sam Bernstein Law Firm, PLLC, employees and their family members are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to enter:
    • Enter your name, email address, birth date and check the box to confirm you are a resident of the State of Michigan
    • Continue to follow the actions listed in the above form
      • Each action earns the participant the respective amount of entries per action
      • Each participant automatically earns one (1) entry for filling out their name, email, birth date and residency
    • There is no fee to enter. No purchase is necessary.
  5. One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen by random drawing on February 19, 2024 and notified via the email used to place the entry. Please make sure that your entry contains all necessary fields. Prizes will be distributed to the winner via delivery service to the address provided upon notification of winning.
  6. Prizes may be subject to federal, state or local taxes. Winners will be responsible for any state, local or federal taxes that may result from winning.
  7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Youtube or Twitter.
  8. In the event that unforeseen technical difficulties arise that prevent receipt of entries before the deadline, such as a website or social media platform going down, the entry deadline and drawing will be postponed for 24 hours. If service is not restored within 24 hours, the deadline and drawing will be postponed for 24 hours after service is reinstated.
  9. All winners must qualify by completing all necessary steps in order to receive their prize. If a winner is not able to be reached within 48 hours to confirm shipping information and acceptance, another winner will be chosen at random. Winners may only win one prize package per person.
